This one could have been taken more up close. Now the litterbin seems to be the focal point here. It is at least what draws my attention the most.
You could have done more with this.

The contrast between the subject and the background is very low, which makes it really hard to tell what is going on. That's not your fault, because you don't control the light...but I think it really hurts the shot because there's nothing here to make me want to take that close up look that will make me SEE what is actually going on. I don't know that I agree that you could do much more, because I don't think the light was with you...but I don't think this was your best shot.

My own idea about this, is that this is a very surreal and abstract shot, to which the litter bin adds a lot. Unfortunately, at this size it sucks bigtime indeed, I see now.
