Dear fellow blog members,
In order to prevent SPAM in the comments section of our wonderful blog each one of you needs to make sure you close the comments to your own posts once they are a week old.
In order to do so, make sure you are logged in, go to your post and click the EDIT link just below the post.
Choose the “CLOSED” radio button under “COMMENTS” on the right side of the edit page and than click the “SAVE” button under your post’s text area.
As you see it’s a very simple action that will help us keep our blog
SPAM-FREE.

Is there a way you can filter out your own comments? With the activity of the past week, it's still quite a task to find your own, and I can't say I can spend half an hour on the blog each day...

ps - sp. it's not your comments you close it's your post, so no need to filter.
12/14/06 @ 04:04 sorry I wasn't clear on that; you only need to close your own posts, not the comments you posted so it's really not such a big chore.
by the way, if you don't close your posts and spam is posted as comments the person who posted the post is going to be the one receiving the spam in emails and trust me, it can be pretty annoying!
