After Logging in click on the 'admin’ link. This will take you to a page where you can write your post.
Enter the title of your post and if you want it to link somewhere add a link in the 'link to URL' area.
Next write your post and then preview it.
If you like what you see choose 'save' which will publish your post.
If you want to add an image to your post, you can either click on the 'img' button and then enter the URL address to the image or upload it from your hard drive by clicking the 'upload file/image' button.
Don't forget to click on the "add code to your post" buttong after uploading the image.
