Thanks guys. It was taken at dusk, however the lighting is from this one building in Times Square in Manhattan where there is a LOT of lights in the part of the building that overhangs the building, which lights up the entrance to the building. I had noticed that it created a great effect on people as they walked under it, but I was really lucky when these two walked under and the girl took that second to look up at her mom (who is talking on her phone, and seems to be ignoring the poor kid). It was the perfect moment, and I'm really happy I was there to catch it.
